All stethoscopes do not contain any natural rubber latex or dry natural rubber, either in the stethoscope parts or in the packaging. Your Stethoscope is perfectly safe to use with clients who have a latex sensitivity.

a.} Avoid contacting with extreme heat, cold, solvents or oils.
b.} Avoid prolonging exposure to direct sunlight.
c.} Clean the stethoscope between patients using either a 70% isopropyl alcohol solution or mild soapy water.
d.} Remove the eartips from binaural for thorough cleaning.
e.} Check whether the eartips are firmly fixed on regular basis.

The stethoscope is warranted against any defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service as follows:
1. Warranty extends to the original retail purchaser and commences on the date of delivery.
2. Eartips, diaphragm and spring: one (1) year from date of purchase; Chestpiece, binaural and metal parts: five (5) years from date of purchase.
3. Discovery of material or manufacturing defects during the warranty period will be repaired without charge upon return to our distributor.

The lead time of standard parts is around 60-80 days.
